A tip, and it certainly used to be fine with Less is More, cover the back of the card front with a slightly smaller piece of matching card once you've done any pro marker colouring to hide the bleed through. The front still counts as one layer and it does open up your colouring options. Depending what your pencils are, I swear by Sansodor fluid for blending and taking away pencil strokes.
