DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY POLICY

Thank you for visiting my blog.

By taking part in any activity on my blog (following my blog and commenting on my blog) I will assume that you have read this Data Protection and Privacy Policy and agreed with it.  If you do not agree with the content, you are kindly asked not to leave any personal information on this blog, and that means do not become a follower and do not leave any comments.

I have written this Data Protection and Privacy Policy as the sole creator and owner of this blog, and it applies to all content on this blog.  It is given in compliance with EU GDPR  (General Data Protection Regulation).

BLOG CONTENT

All the content on this blog is mine unless otherwise stated (eg a recipe that I have had permission to share or a challenge badge, inspiration photo or sketch). No one can use, download, share, copy, or take anything from this blog, neither can they collect any data from this blog with the exception of recipes which you are free to download and keep for your own personal use only.

I am not responsible if minors visit my blog.  My Blog is for the most part minor friendly, although recipes may involve alcohol and card sentiments may occasionally be considered unsuitable,  but no minor is invited to leave their data on my blog. If I notice any such activity or a third person informs me that there is activity by a minor on my blog all such data will be deleted immediately and permanently without any notice to the minor.

This Data Protection and Privacy Policy applies to all content published on my blog and also to content published on my blog prior to this document becoming effective.

No data on this blog nor any content of this blog is permitted to be shared with any third party or allowed to be downloaded, copied etc. by any person unless I have given my express permission for them to do so with the exception of recipes for personal use as stated above. You are, of course, free to use my cards as inspiration for your own work but please don't copy them exactly or use my own photographs. If you do use one of my cards as inspiration, I would LOVE it if you were to pop over to my blog and let me know!

Data on this blog is provided only by followers and visitors to this blog.  Any personal data shared here on my blog can be deleted permanently from my blog as stated in each section below.  Data is solely used to run this blog and as described in each section below.

The only personal details I hold are of those of you who, through this blog, have become personal friends, in which case I hold your home and email addresses for the purpose of direct contact. And if you don't like that, I won't send you a Christmas card!

FOR FOLLOWERS

Those following this blog do so in the knowledge that their photo, link to their profile and name are visible to all those who visit this blog and in that way they have published their own personal details.

If you don't want your personal data as mentioned above to be visible to others who visit this blog, you will have to remove yourself from the Followers list (so you will in effect be unfollowing my blog). If any technical difficulty occurs, you should contact Blogger or Google to solve these problems. If you prefer not to have your name and photograph shown in the followers section, you can follow via Bloglovin. A link to do this is available in the right hand column.

Alternatively you can follow by email. A sign up box is provided in the right hand column. If you follow by email, your data is only shared with Feedburner, who administer the email distribution. I do not have a list of email subscribers, nor do I have access to any of their data. An Unsubscribe link is provided at the bottom of each email.

If you follow by RSS feed I haven't a clue what happens! All I know is that there's a button on the right - I think (at least in Internet Explorer) that there's a "Feeds" menu in your Favourites area that the posts appear in, but I have no idea whether and how any data is collected - but whatever happens, I don't have access to it and hold no data on who subscribes this way.

All followers are also covered by Google Privacy Policy

Those leaving a comment on this blog do so in the knowledge that their name, link to their profile or blog, as well as the comments they leave are visible to all those who visit this blog and they are thereby consenting to the use of their personal information for that specific purpose.

Blogger itself provides an option for all users to delete comments they leave on any blog. If you wish to delete your published comments from my blog, you are free to do so. If any technical difficulty occurs, you should contact Blogger or Google to solve these problems.

Disturbing, violent, offensive or advertising comments will be deleted immediately.
