Buzz buzz buzz

I've been having a play with adding drops of concentrated liquid watercolour to various products to give them colour, or change their existing colour.

For this card, I added a single drop of yellow to a spatulaful of Ranger Opaque Matte Texture Paste in a paint palette and used a cocktail stick to blend the colour. Then I applied it to the card through a honeycomb patterned mask.

The bee is an old Raindrops on Roses stamp, heat embossed, coloured with Promarkers and fussy cut. I finished the wings with Stickles and the  eyes with Glossy Accents. The sentiment is from Clearly Besotted.

I am sharing this with

CAS Mix Up - Stamping, Embossing paste, heat embossing, fussy cutting and glitter

Your honeycomb dyed eb paste stencil was perfect for your sweet honey bee, Jane. Love how you added stickles to make the wings so glittery. TFS and joining us at CAS Mix Up. Hugs..
