I...Had to chuckle as I read the start of your post. I'm in the same boat. I think my problem is I don't really know how to design well with the tape, and also, I forget about having it! I love this b&w look, and you've done that miter absolutely stunningly. That's not easy, and it made such a striking design. I do use bits of it though to hold the card down when putting it through my big shot so that it doesn't move. I feel ever so much better now knowing I do at least use a titchy bit. Lol.
