Something old, something new

That's the title of the new challenge at Craft Room challenge. The idea is to use both something old AND something new on the same card. For this card, my old and new items are both embossing folders. On the top right, I have used the Cuttlebug leaf folder which I bought when I first got my 'bug, years ago, and on the bottom left I've used an Embossalicious folder which was so new I still hadn't taken it out of the packet. So there you are - my oldest and newest embossing folders working together on the same card.

And since it's a Clean and Simple card, I'm also joining in with this week's Clean and Simple challenge at Ooh La La Creations.

    Always a pleasure to visit and see your latest creations. Everything about this card says style and distinction the colour pallet just lifting and separating the various layers. Those gorgeous embossing folders and the twine neatly cross under the horizontal strip.
