Celebration !


Fireworks and balloons - just what any celebration needs! The "fireworks" are a stamp from the wonderfully useful Gentleman Crafter set, the sentiment from a very, very old Hot Off The Press set which I bought in the days when Dawn Bibby was no QVC and the whole of Britain's crafting "family" spent Tuesday afternoons glued to the TV, and the balloons are a magazine cover mount, positioned to look as if the sentiment is being lifted into the air by them.

    I love this Jane. The design is very clever and I love that old sentiment stamp. I used to sit there glued to the set and can't imagine how this one slipped past me! Barbxx

    What a fab, bright design! The fireworks are brilliant, really festive and adding loads of movement. I love the way the balloons are carrying the sentiment upwards (and it's a super font!). Thanks so much for playing along with us at Less is More :)

    Perfect images for a celebration card, loving the bright colours too. I have this HOTP press set too, and Dawn Bibby is the reason I've not had any spare cash since about 2010! lol I have so many bits and pieces that were originally from QVC kits.
