A breath of spring

There are crocuses flowering now, and some of the daffodil buds are starting to show colour. There's a territorial dispute going on in our garden, as both the blue tit family and the sparrows are trying to lay claim to the nesting box - spring is on the way at last!

So I've delved into the snippets box and come up with a handful of patterned papers in fresh spring like pastel colours:


I simply punched lots of circles and arranged them to make a double border, then topped with a sentiment stamped with a very old Hot Off The Press stamp - it must be at least 15 years old!

Naturally with all these snippets I'm going to head straight to the Playground to join in the fun, but I am also going to share this with

  7. What a great design Jane and fun way to use up snippets too. I have snowdrops out in the garden and a solitary primrose. Up at Roy's flat though the daffs are in full bloom!
