It's time for our latest challenge at Ooh la la Creations and our theme this time is Die Cuts.
I've used a topper and background from the "Edge of Autumn" section of the Paula Oakley CD, which is available here.
I have framed the image using woodland scene dies cut using a set of X-Cut Build-a-scene dies, but before cutting I stamped the two darker brown pieces with a large leaf design background stamp, using Versamark ink, and dusted them with gold and copper metallic pigment powders. The dies seem to fit the proportions of the image so well they could have been designed to work together!
the die cuts add fantastic dimension and depth to the path winding through the wood love the colours you used for them too
