This is my take on her card
Everything came from the snippets box - the woodgrain paper, the canvas effect card and the kraft. For the middle reindeer, I masked off the nose area while stamping the image, then removed the mask and applied red marker direct to the stamp and stamped again.

Pixie's Snippets Playground - weeks 305/306 (actually everything I used on all 3 cards in this post were from the snippets box except the pine bough background of the gingerbread man card.)

Well, I still had a scrap of the canvas paper left and I liked that card, so I decided to use the same layout only this time using the gingerbread men from the stamp set.
And I am sharing this one with

And then, I thought the layout didn't need to be used exclusively for Christmas, and neither does the stamp set. The bear in the set can be used all year round. Pity he has to be fussy cut though as the punch would chop off his ears!
I'm sharing this third card with

Now I need to dream up matching cards for the eskimo and santa stamps so I can use the whole set!
Three lovely cards, love your cookie stamps.
ReplyDeletePinterest is great for ideas, trouble is you can spend more time on there than crafting
Hi Jane, what fun cards you've created from "snippets". Love the background paper. The pine branches set the Christmas mood right away. And the textured canvas paper as well. The little gingerbread men look real enough to reach in and take one as a snack. The kraft paper is perfect for these little guys, isn't it? Thanks so much for joining our Watercooler Wednesday Challenge this week.
ReplyDeleteSuch lovely cards! Jo x

Have always loved the Cookie Cutter Christmas stamp set and you've done such a great job using all the stamps for your various cards. Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful card on our Watercooler Wednesday challenge this week. Loved it!
ReplyDeleteSuper cards Jane, I love the Christmas designs but I think the last one is my favourite - so bright and cheerful.

Dancing gingerbread men! So fun. Love the pine bough background. Thanks for joining us at Watercooler Wednesday.
ReplyDeleteWonderful cards Jane! Each one is so full of fun! Do I need that stamps set? Ha, probably not. I sold about 20 SU stamp sets and some dies/punches on Facebook recently. Not that it's left me with much more room needless to say.
