For this card I used a Darice folder to emboss the snowy sky and a die from an X-cut Build a Scene set for the village scene.
I stamped the sentiment onto vellum using Stazon ink and cut it out with fancy scissors then attached it by folding it over the die cut panel and sticking at the back. The stamp was a magazine freebie a few years ago and sadly like many of the freebies, it isn't great quality and has developed a split diagonally across the middle which I had to fill in on the stamped image with a permanent marker. I do love the freebies from magazines, they are often right up to the minute, but I suppose at the price they can't always be expected to last very long, it's just a bonus when one does!

You are so right about the freebie...they are meant to be a little burst of a treat...if they last, that is wonderful, if not, then you must use them while you can.
I read if you switch them to be between pieces of duralar or mylar, then they last longer. IT is the cheap acetate sheets they come on, that cause them to fall apart.
