Good morning and a Happy New Year to everyone.
The tinsel isn't even tarnished from 2018 yet but over at Sparkles Christmas it's time to start making cards for Christmas 2019. So here is my first card of the year, and it's a suitable sparkly one to go with the theme of Add Some Sparkle.
Despite the sparkle I've gone for a very Clean And Simple look, using robins from a lovely Woodware stamp set. I coloured them with Promarkers, then went over the red breasts with glue and sprinkled red glitter over. I think if I'd used the glitter over a white background, some tiny flecks of white would have been sure to show through. For extra sparkle I've used sparkly gems for holly berries.
Here's a closer look, just in case the sparkle doesn't show up enough on the main photo.

Happy New Year Jane. Your robins are lovely and sparkly with their glittered breasts. I have one Ribin who is a regular visiter to our garden. He waits by the back door for The Doc to put his dish of meal worms out of a morning. Has become quite tame. We have three squirrels that visit as well. I set an Asault course up for them which took about a day for them to work out the route to take and it's quite amusing yo watch them at play. I loved your dragon fly card below too. Hugs Mrs A.
