When I set out to make this card/box, I wasn't sure how it would turn out as I actually dreamed the idea!
It's made like a standard 12cm square "matchbox" box with an outer wrapper surrounding a sliding drawer, except that I extended the bottom panel to provide a back panel and a further 12x12 panel, plus of course tabs to connect the back to the sides. I folded the "extra" panel over at the half way point and added another 12cm square for the upright part of the easel, then decorated all the panels with patterned papers and a coordinating square topper, die cuts, pearls, a flower brad and, for the easel stand, a sentiment raised on foam pads.
