I've used a set of layering stamps to build up the scene for this one layer card, keeping to shades of blue. The water is done by sponging in pale blue ink then going over it with horizontal strokes of several shades of blue pencil. I finished with a very subtle "frame" of bare branches, stamped in the palest blue I could find.
