Years and years ago I bought some double sided peel offs from QVC and have never really got on with them, using them the way that was suggested at the time, ie cutting out the individual peel off, removing the surrounding adhesive from the backing sheet, glittering the motif and then sticking it to the background. They never seemed to stick properly. With hindsight, glitter probably got under the edges and stopped them from sticking. So this time I tried sticking them directly on to the card and THEN glittering them. The result was much, much better.
Oddly enough the kit contained holly leaves but not berries, so I've added some gems to give my glittery leaves equally glittery berries. And to dot the i of my sentiment, too, to give a link between it and the holly.
