The challenge this time at Retro Rubber is a sketch.
For my take on it, I masked off the right hand side of the card to leave just the "diagonal" area.
Then I stamped the butterflies and bees - these are unmounted stamps that I got in grab bags when I first started stamping, so they must be around 20 years old - and sponged light blue ink around them before removing the masking and adding the sentiment. This stamp is a positively youthful three year old Dovecraft one. I'd have liked it to say "bee"cause but that wasn't to "bee".
Very pretty, great colours, feels very spriny, interesting take on the sketch.
