The blue birds of love

I know, I know, the phrase is usually "The blue bird of happiness" but then what's the point of love if it doesn't make you happy, unless you are the heroine of a tragic novel?


The stamp I used is a very old one that I think originally came with Craft Stamper and oh, how I wish it had a matching die because it was an absolute PIG to fussy cut. As you can see!  But it comes from an era long before stamp and die sets were invented.

I've made a background of die cut circles, embossing the red with a Santoro hearts embossing folder.

    I think you are right about the stamp. I've got it somewhere and I've also had to cut around it to use it. You made a lovely job of it. Love Dawn x
