You might recognise the paper and topper I have used - they are the remainder of the sheets I printed from the Carnival of Colour CD for my last Ooh La La DT post, two weeks ago today. But used in a very different way!
I die cut the image with a Gummiapan stitched ovals die and backed with a Spellbinders lace oval. The sentiment is stamped on a panel cut with a Creative Expressions die. I have finished it with lace, ribbon, roses and gems.
