For this card I made a smooshed distress ink background and stamped the Crafty Individuals balloon collage stamp on it, highlighted the lettering with a white gel pen than matted and layered onto white and black card. I used the same distress ink to stencil the concentric circles pattern over the card base and added a tiny balloon charm using knotted grosgrain ribbon. (I seldom use ribbon on masculine cards but when I do, I feel knots are more appropriate than bows and grosgrain more appropriate than satin or organza)
