It's the first of the month and that means it's new Challenge time at Sparkles Christmas. Babs has picked this month's theme, and we would like to see gold or silver on your card.
While you are welcome to use other colours too, I decided this challenge was a good way to use some of the mountain of peel offs from my early days of crafting, so I've stuck to all silver.
Yes, the matting is silver too, even though in places it looks gold or black - I took the photo on a dreary day and had to use flash and electric lights, both of which play havoc when photographing metallic!
Because I wanted to keep it all silver, instead of colouring in the peel off, I used a glue pen to fill in just the baubles and candle flames then sprinkled them with silver glitter. And aaaaargh! I've just spotted one bauble I missed!

A wonderful card Jane and great use of the peel offs. I wonder how many of us have still got a stash of these peel offs hidden away in cupboards? Your card is a good lesson on what can be made with them.

I find it tricky too to get a good photo of silver or gold card Jane , but this looks fabulous lovely use of Peel-offs, too

Such a fabulous design dearie. Love it. So stylish hugs xx
Jane, What a great idea to use up some of those peel offs! (Why didn't I think of that. Heaven knows I have my share of them, too.) Great job. :)
