I wonder why Blake's poem is Tyger Tyger and not Tiger Tiger? I'm writing this on National Poetry Day when questions like that tend to spring to mind.
Anyway, here's my Tyger, amid a forest of tropical leaves. The stamp is a very old unmounted one from my collection, stamped and embossed on black and coloured with Promarkers. Everything else on the card uses snippets - some orange paper left over from a Halloween card, stamped with pawprints and edged with peel offs, a snippet of patterned, corrugated kraft card and a snippet of DCWV textured "woven" paper, all on a kraft base card.
The philodendron leaves are punched from scraps of green and the veins added with a gold gel pen.
I'm sharing this with House of Cards - Colour and/or Texture

Easy tiger!! My dad always used to say that when I would rough house. Tigers are just the most beautiful animals and the way you depicted this tiger is no exception. I think the best thing about this card is the way you framed it with those wonderful leaves. Thank you so much for joining us at MMM..
