A workman's tools

Sorry if this post is a bit brief, I've been away overnight and had the most amazing meal at Tom Kerridge's restaurant "The Hand and Flowers" in Marlow, and my mind is still totally on that and not really on my crafting! I made this card before we set out yesterday but didn't have time to post it then.

First I stamped the distressed diamond background - a very old Linda Luckin stamp and created the alphabet panel with a brass stencil and some Imagination Crafts Starlights Metallic Paint in Topaz. I stamped the paint pot and brushes (sorry, I can't remember the name of the stamp set) and coloured them in with Promarkers, then assembled everything adding a corrugated card panel finished with metallic brads.

I am sharing this with

How clever of you to remember that old brass stencil (I have the same one and completely forgot about it!) and you used it so cleverly too Jane. A visual treat as well as full of texture - incredible work! Thanks so much for sharing this with us at Less is More xx
