To make the butterflies, I brushed water all over a piece of watercolour paper then sprinkled with Brusho crystals - mainly orange, but with a few patches of yellow and red. When dry, I stamped the IndigoBlu butterfly and cut them out leaving a narrow border. They are stuck with 3D glue onto black and orange card, and the sentiment stamped with a magazine freebie stamp.

My mom lives in the Central Valley of California and she has repeatedly told me that the butterfly population is way down this year😕... I'm thinking it's just one of those natural fluctuations. I love your card-- reminds me of a scientific butterfly display! Thanks for sharing at SOS.

This butterflies are gorgeous, love that you have them on black card stock, they really pop off the page in those intense colors.
