A Trapeze Card, my first attempt

A couple of weeks ago I noticed instructions for a Trapeze Fold card on the Trimcraft website. I love trying new card fold ideas, so when I saw that the latest challenge at CD Sundays is a Shaped Card, it seemed like the perfect time to try it.

I used paper and elements printed from the Debbie Moore CD "Crystal Dreams" and I've been trying to work out why my card looks more like a square-gone-wonky than a trapeze fold. It's only now, going back to the instructions on the link I shared with you, that I've realised I mis-measured the scoring points on the fold line of the card. But at least the trapeze shape in the middle still looks right!

It doesn't look wonky to me Jane and I love that backing paper, very pretty snowflakes. Thank you for sharing with us.

That's a new fold to me too. The miss measuring is totally what I would do, that's why I tend to buy dies for fancy folds. Cara x
