For my next cat card I've pressed my old faithful Beatrix Potter CD into action. The is a Create and Craft club freebie from many years ago, and is a sampler from what was, at the time, Crafter's Companion's newly released Beatrix Potter CD.
I've used two background papers, a border and a decoupage set from the CD.
I'm sharing this with

Beautiful and creative! I think I had a book with these images as a child. Does that make me old? LOL!
Very pretty. Love your images and all the layering! I still have lots of image CDs from years ago. Makes me want to get them out and use them. :)

Fun and nostalgic card!
Nothing charms like Beatrix Potter illustrations, and I've always loved Tom Kitten. I think I have a mini-version of the Tom Kitten story around here somewhere and need to dig it out again. I love the distressed edges and layering for a vintage look

We have a small set of the Beatrix Potter books, in toddler board book edition. I always loved the Tale of Tom Kitten the most. He looks so adorable in that little blue suit, doesn't he?
Adorable!

OH.MY.GOODNESS!!!!! I am totally in LOVE with this wonderful Beatrix Potter project. I adore all her tails (I mean tales!) esp The Adventures of Tom Kitten. Love the part where Mrs. Tabitha Twitchit sends her naughty kittens upstairs and tells her guests that they are in bed with the measles...but they disturb the repose of the tea party with their playful thumping and bumping on the floor above! Also where the Puddleducks find the clothes and put them on...."It's a fine day!". lol... I must have read that story to my kids a hundred times! (And now I have a new grandson to read it to when he is a little older!! <3 ) Thank you for sharing this sweet project....such a beautiful design and fun nostalgic characters.
Thanks so much for joining in our #2020CatLoversHop!!
