Another Autumn Card

This time a very CAS one.

I used a tree bark stencil with a circular mask to give the bark effect, then added a die cut leaf - the die set was a magazine freebie a few years ago - with the background layer cut using the leftovers from a masterboard I created about a year ago using lots of different inks and pearlescent sprays. It has a lovely shimmering effect that never shows up on photos!

I am sharing this with

Wow, that leaf die was a really great freebie Jane! I love the way you've made your leaf look translucent and have it overlapping the wood slice stamping. I like the way the sentiment makes the triangle for your group of three too. Great design! Thank you for coming to play with us at Addicted to CAS. Vicky x

Hello, Jane. This card is very pretty and I like how you've layered the stencil with a die-cut leaf. Very pretty indeed! Thanks for sharing it with us at Addicted to CAS. xoxo Fran

Gorgeous! The tree bark is so interesting - it gives the illusion of texture without adding dimension. Your leaf is so pretty too. Thanks for joining us at Addicted to CAS.
